The hat itself is a little warped. I have attempted to soak and shape the hat to a uniformed curve but it is stubborn. The velcro strap is very cheap. It also displays salt from sweat not long after wearing it. It needs a liner or the ability to breath. The letter stitching texture is detectable from over 5 ft away, meaning it looks more ‘fake’ or ‘costume’ style had that an official issued hat.
It also had a chemical smell for almost 2 weeks despite multiple washing. I had to hang it outside for a couple of weeks until the smell became tolerable. Even then, a month later the smell is still there, albeit very faint. Another week or so and it should be gone.

This police cap is adjustable to get the fit you want. The lettering on the cap is embroidered and stands proudly on this cap. Show your support for your local police by wearing this police cap.

This is a really great hat!

My boyfriend and I were on vacation at the Mall of American when he found this cap. It was instant love for him, as he is Police Officer. We had his name embroidered on the back and he was in heaven. Being at “the mall,” paying $25 + tax didn’t seem to outrageous. When he went back to work, everyone on the force had to have one! When I went to Rapid Dominance’s website, I almost fell out of the chair when they wanted $25 for each hat, plus $5.95 shipping, and that is WITHOUT embroidering the names on the back. I QUICKLY went onto Amazon.com and found this seller. Talk about GREAT! I price of the hats were a great price and the seller shipped very quickly. I ordered 2 hats, got them in in enough time I could take them to a local shop and have the names embroidered on the back, for a Christmas present. The only complaint I have is the shipping cost was a little high ($9.98 for 2 hats) shipping through USPS. Other than that, we will be ordering more hats for everyone in the Police Department very soon! 🙂

Ordered this for my son’s Halloween costume. I ordered this one because it looked great and at a really great price. he was so excited when it arrived as it was a lot faster than I had expected and it was such great quality. I didn’t expect a top quality hat, especially with the lettering. I couldn’t be more pleased With this purchase.
