Very nice tie and good quality. My only complaint is that it seems harder to tie than my others. I think it has something to do with the narrow part and taper but it seems in line with the others I own so could just be me. I very much like the color though so I am very happy with the purchase. It gives the added punch to a dress shirt without being overly dressy in my opinion.

This tie is way too big. Wear it and you’ll look like a clown. Literally. There is another reviewer who said it’s a "clown tie" and I should’ve listened. It really looks silly. I compared it to several other ties and it’s a notable difference – a lot bigger and wider in width. If it was bright red it really would be a goofy clown tie. I’ll never buy another tie online without checking it out first. This manufacturer has no sense of style.
we had to return this because it is way too large. i suppose if you are going for a more of a clownish look (i don’t know…some people think everything bigger is better?!) then this is for you. but i bought this for my husband to wear with his white shirts to church on sunday and it was way too big. instead of classy it was silly looking.
Fraying at the edges. It’s typical for Tie Bar; they’re not going to last forever, but they’re priced to be replaceable.

The tie is of questionale quality. It looks cool and ties well, but does not hold up to wear and tear. By the second wear, strings were starting to fray off. I dont beleive that the tie is 100% silk. It definitely doesnt appear or feel that way. Sometimes you get what you pay for and it is true in this case.
Material was nice: nothing too flashy and it didn’t feel cheap. Size was good: not a huge clown tie as some reviewers warned, but definitely not small. I thought it worked well as a casual bowtie.
Very impressed by the quality, color, and price. I have several more bow ties and regular ties from the Tiebar in my wishlist. We will see what Santa brings. Either way more ties from the Tiebar will grace my collars.

This is a quality made standard sized bow tie. Material and finish is great. Easy to tie and adjustable via notches. Be sure to go one space up to allow for being outside your shirt collar, most people complain about this without understanding why.
