Just received this tie and the quality seems decent overall and excellent for the price. I’m writing this review to say that the color is inaccurate as pictured. At least on my monitor, the tie appears to be a fairly standard orange. It is quite a bit darker in reality, true to the "burnt orange" description. The fabric is identical to this pocket square, the picture of which gives a much better representation of the actual color:

Nothing ruins a man’s image faster than a cheap polyester tie, or an obnoxious tie with a terrible design. Thankfully, the Tie Bar has you covered. I can confidently say their ties are in fact 100% silk, and just the right amount of color to make a blue dress shirt pop. I’ve received many a compliment wearing this tie, and it is my absolute favorite. Yes it’s a little pricey, but when you put on your power suit, it is worth the investment.

This is a well-made, high quality tie. Bright colors (Burnt Orange is actually a “copper color”), very nice silk texture and excellent tailoring at a reasonable price. Beautifully embroidered pattern with great detail. I’d expect to see a tie of this quality selling for $60 to $75 in a good men’s store. A nice addition to anyone’s tie collection.

Overall I’d say I’m impressed with TheTieBar. I bought two ties from them through amazon, and they we shipped to me a week before the expected delivery date. The estimated delivery date was two weeks ambiguous, so I was worried I wouldn’t get these ties in time for a job interview.

The tie it self is pretty cool. It looks just like the preview image, being rusty/orange-brown in colour. What differs from the preview is that the tie is pretty shiny, which isn’t what I expected from the picture (looking at the picture I assumed it would be matted). However, the luster is not unattractive, just a surprise. Upon inspection, there are no blemishes on the tie, and the pattern is uninterrupted as near as I can tell. Often I find that buying ties from a store means that they were handled by one too many people, so it’s a little like getting a hand-me-down. That’s not the case with this tie, it’s in perfect condition.

A beautifully designed and constructed tie — the color is exactly what I wanted to coordinate with my light blue shirt. I bought this to wear to a job interview and got the job with a raise… so there’s that! I would definitely purchase ties from this company again in the future.

Threads coming loose, haven’t worn.

I bought these for the guys standing up in our wedding party. We had navy blue tuxedos and these ties. Looked great!

Husband wanted orange tie (vaguely Mets orange) in celebration of Mets making it to the World Series. Classiest orange tie I have ever seen.
