My second time buying this product. Good fit, fair price.
But in my first purchase, the briefs were tag-less (sizes/etc printed on inside of waistband). Oddly, this second order had tags in the back of the waistband. Which makes me think they were older versions of the briefs. Fit/sizing and style is just the same, but perhaps from an earlier inventory?
I’ve worn briefs all my life, except for a short period of time that I was wearing boxers (I do not like boxers, thus I keep wearing briefs). I was somewhat tired of wearing the same boring briefs found at my local store, so I did some research online and found this 2(x)ist highly rated. I though, why not giving them a try?
I wore them all three for the last three days and they are extremly comfortable, they look great, and feel great (to the touch). These blue colors are also very nice. I am planning on buying more. Amazon has the best price, as far as I can tell. Great buy. Try them on!
I have tried so many styles and they just end up in the back of my dresser drawer. I had worn a style like this by 2(x)ist that was discontinued and I was not able to find a replacement style on the upper end underwear shops. Then I just decided on a whim to check Amazon and low and behold they had this style that appeared similar. It concerned me that it was only available in s-m-l sizing and not the specific sizing I was used to. But, I gave it a try and I love them. I didn’t want to comment though until I washed them to see how much shrinkage there would be, but they passed the test….they still fit great. Awesome everyday, comfortable underwear. Four thumbs up!
Now back to Amazon to order more…..Oh, should I try a color other then white? Oh, how daring.
These fit right outta da box. Wash ’em on cold to keep the fit. They don’t ride up. They don’t gap at the legs. They keep their shape. They cover and support, but aren’t baggy/saggy They do what undershorts should. You put ’em on and fo’get about ’em.
They’re a lil pricey at $30+, but they’re worth it (and you can always wait til they go on sale). The cotton is real soft, and they’re stylish (not like traditional briefs). I bought a 3 pack 1 weekend, and then bought 2 more 3 packs the next weekend.
The briefs are comfortable but they do not match the description or picture. There is much more material between the leg and waste than I expected. Luckily they did not stick out of my pants!
The mfr. has changed the cut of these. I used to really like them. But no more. They feel smaller and fit lower on the hip. And the cotton isn’t as nice.
Instead of getting medium, i decided to go up a size due because of a few of the amazon reviews. I am glad I did. I dry my clothes in a dryer before I wear them so im not sure if they shrank at all but if they did, then now it fits perfectly. The elastic bands have been fine for me so far and each pair is washed/dried once a week and havent worn out at all. The front looks good but I do agree that the back side of these brief seem a little too high and look a little weird.
Comfort wise, these are the best briefs I have purchased. They do no constrict and are surprisingly breathable. I have worn boxers prior but decided to give briefs a try when I work out. Overall I have these for about a month now and they are still great. However, I did find a little hole on one of them yesterday. I recommend this product.
I was not expecting to like being back in briefs again. After reading an article about the need to wear briefs with a nice suit I decided to take a chance on these. They are very comfortable even for a bigger guy like myself. They offer very good support and I will definitely be purchasing more when the time comes.
kinda snug initially, but they shrink a LOT after a single wash. I should have sent them back but I had already washed all of them before wearing. would not recommend this product at all.
Ordered from Amazon taking the advice from other reviewers to order one size up. Normally I am a medium but I did order the large. They do shrink about a size, so I am happy I listened. My review is more on the pouch itself. Because of the way it is connected to the frame of the underwear the pouch allows for your Jingle Bells to ride back towards the buttocks. If you sit on a chair or ride a motorcycle which I do both it becomes bothersome for your bells to be back there. They should have made the pouch with a bigger pocket for the dumbbells, and have it hang down from the seam which you can see in the advertised photo. See how the seam for the pouch is above the bottom of the underwear? That should hang below a bit so that the bells can hang down. For the price a good underwear but it could be better.
