These are a much better alternative to plastic stays. I have bought these from Quality Stays or Q Stays several times and satisfied each time. Quality product and great price. Was shipped quickly.

Just make sure you get the right size or better yet buy the package that comes with a variety of sizes to have on hand. I have both the 2.5" and 3" stays. I wear a Size 15.5 or 16 Men’s shirt and find that the 2.5" stays fit most of my spread style collar shirts best. The larger size 3" stays tend to be too large and jut out into the collar fold on those shorter collar spread collar style shirts. The larger 3" stays work best for the longer collar pointy collar style shirts I have.

Not sure if this helps, but I wear shirts with a neck size of 17.5-18 and the 2.75 was the right size for all my shirts, even the one with a shorter collar. Metal is the way to go! Product is just as described.

The finish on these work perfect for my dress shirts and I am very satisfied. They have no sharp edges and have a well rounded surface edge. They perfectly replace the plastic original collar stays and help my collars stay firm and straight. The assortment I ordered, the 2 1/4" and 2 1/2" lengths, 18 of each size fit my shirt sizes perfectly. It’s easy to slide the old plastic ones out and insert the new stainless steel replacements. I don’t wear the really large size collars so the 3" lengths were not for me. I highly recommend these collar stays and will buy more for my additional shirts.

I ordered a second set of 36 , 2 3/4" collar stays. I’m satisfied with the quality but don’t understand why I can’t leave separate feedback on that order. It forces me to leave the feedback on the one I left from a previous order. They didn’t come in a sapphire colored box. It was clear plastic. Regardless, I appreciate the quality.

I bought these without knowing which size I need for keeping my shirts’ collars staying straight (instead of curly). This item answered that question! If you don’t know what a collar stay is, and you’re a man in an office environment where sweating is possible (like IT guys, crawling on the floor to service your computer needs and/or server rooms with obscenely-differentiated hot and cold zones, for example), look on the underside of a dress shirt collar; there’s probably a slot to stick one of these. Don’t go with plastic collar stays! They are likely to stay in the shirt and make it through the wash; melting in the dryer, which could ruin a shirt.

The variety of sizes is very nice to have. I find I use two of them on the shirts that I currently have. No issues fitting any of my dress shirts. The add a nice look to your collars.
Things to make note of:
1 – May take a bit to get in the habit of removing them before taking shirts to the cleaners / washing them at home.
2 – TSA has issues with these and may consider them ‘weapons’. After the first time having to negotiate for 20 minutes as to what they are, I don’t travel with them any more, nor do I keep them in my carry on – checked bags only.
3 – As they are metal, it may take a bit to get used to the additional weight.

I really only use two of the sizes of these collar stays, and there is plenty for what I need. I take them out before sending my dress shirts through the washing machine. No tarnishing to speak of and the stays are all very flat, no bends or wave to them and they have a nice weight to them. Most people I would suspect only need one or maybe two sizes of collar stays at most. While it was pretty cheap to purchase, I will probably never use half of them. Probably smarter to just purchase the size or sizes that you need. These are very nice though.

I’m marking these as "Fit as expected" because they’re an arrangement of sizes based on the description. And lo and behold, that’s what I received.

This is great to use in place of the flimsy plastic collar stays you generally receive with a dress shirt. Don’t expect anything that’s going to blow your mind.

It’s just a collar stay that’s metal, and that’s enough.

Obviously, don’t leave them in the shirt when you wash/dry/iron.

I have been using these for a couple weeks now and I have no complaints. They haven’t rusted, not that I expected them too but I know people were concerned about that, and they do a great job of keeping my collars straight and clean looking. I went for the average size (2.5”) and they fit very well across all my collar sizes. I am very satisfied with these and highly suggest them.

Mostly what I was looking for. They are strong and magnetic, which I love. I was hoping they would include a magnet, as that’s how I searched for these. But that’s not the the vendor’s fault. I do have an issue with the sizes. Unless you wear shirts from the 70s, half of the metal stays in this box are TOO LONG. I can only use the short stays. I’ll donate the rest to a 2nd hand store.

I purchased these stainless steel collar stays. They arrived faster then expected! Price could not have been better! The collar stays are nice and strong, not flimsy at all! Great for everyday use, amazing item to give as a gift! I recommend this item to everybody! You will not be disappointed at all!
