I am so impressed with these socks! I don’t have overly large thighs, but can still never find a pair of over the knee socks that don’t slide/roll down, or cut in and make you look like a sausage. These socks are just snug enough to stay up and don’t roll down or cut into my legs. They will stay up just above my knees. I can pull them up further, but they do eventually settle lower down after moving & walking around. I am 5’2 and 112lbs. I got the white with red stripes for a Tank Girl Halloween costume (added a picture with my review), but have since worn them a ton and even wore them to bed and they were so comfortable….and stayed up! I plan on getting a few more colors!!

I bought the turquoise for a Fiona costume and also because I thought they were cute. I’m 5’7" and 203 lbs and they came up over my knee at least 2 inches and even though there is a slight indentation at the top I just folded over the elastic band (the tops are double wide with white anyway) and then you have even stripes and less indent/more comfort. I would buy more.

I’m 5"4′ – 5"5, 130 lbs. These socks fit a hair snug but I did expect that. They were just the right height, and keep me plenty warm. My main squeeze loves them too. c; I’ll be buying more in the future.

I am a slightly larger girl and these fit great! Usually, socks like these squeeze my thigh and become see through. They are comfortable and stay opaque.The circumference of where the socks come to is 17". They are semi thick so I wouldn’t wear them during the summer.

The socks are very soft and fit a little tight on me (5 ft , 120 lbs) but they dont squeeze my thighs into a muffin top! I have thicker thighs as well for my size. The color of the socks were not truly "hot pink", but more of a fushia/purple color which made me a little sad HOWEVER the seller refunded me and took the time out of their day to apologize for everything (even though its more of the manufacturers fault). I explained to them the color is no where near the picture and although i was disappointed, i still loved the way the socks fit me so i kept them. They still were kind enough to say sorry. 10/10 customer service 🙂

If you’re looking for socks for your Adventure Time Fionna cosplay, these are what you want! Don’t get the blue. I got those initially because I didn’t see the turquoise option and they are too dark!

These are sold as thigh highs but definitely aren’t. Most other thigh high socks advertise the length of heel to cuff; these are 30" in length total (a full 3" shorter than advertised.) I’m 6’3" tall and only weigh 160lbs. Having the nice, lean thighs if a runner/cyclist means that these aren’t too short due to any thickness. They simply are not thigh high socks unless you’re at least a foot shorter than I am.

Aside from that, they are branded as made in the USA and seem to be decent quality so they got a second star.

I’m 5ft 2in, hourglass figure about 135lbs. These were so cute! I ordered these for costumes and just to wear around the house. I have semi thick thighs, and they fit perfectly snug. These are really thick socks. Super warm. I don’t have a high heat tolerance I can only wear these with hot shorts or I get way to hot. Not a good idea for day time events in the heat. I’m build like an hourglass so these socks went really high up my leg. When I sat down they were about 3 inches away from the hip.

I purchased these based on the responses of other thick-legged women. I’m 5’4" and around 200lbs, I have some thicker legs. I saw other women saying they stayed up all day and such, so I took a risk. My immediate feeling is that they don’t really stay up as well as some suggest, since they immediately started rolling down. I’ll be wearing them more during the day at home to try and stretch them out, since initially, I could feel my pulse in my leg when I put them on suggesting they were a bit too tight. I’m also considering fashion tape to keep them more up since I plan to wear these in a Fionna cosplay around a con all day, with a lot of walking. Since i’m doing Fionna, I tried folding the sock down over the top stripe (hers only have 2 anyway) and that seems to have reduced slipping a bit, but be prepared for these socks to roll down or slip down past your knees, especially if you’re thicker legged. Also, they will go to my knee, or just on top of my knee, but if I try to pull them above the knee they will not stay. For a $12.00 pair of socks, I had hoped they would be a bit more forgiving, since they aren’t the decorative socks you usually see with all the embroidery that are impossible for wide calf people, but they’re still pretty stiff and difficult after a few hours of wear. Hopefully they’ll loosen up to something more comfortable, but in the mean time, I just can’t give them more than 3 stars..

They are true over the knee I’m about 5 10 and they just about hit my thigh. They roll down alot though and I wish they were a little more accommodating for thicker legs but over all they are good n comfy too. Oh and the pilling is crazy. They get a ton of lint balls but I have a lint eater that works great on them.
