I have a few styles of Adidas shorts, and the length of these are great for cycling. Made in Thailand and are 100% polyester, so you do get that annoying sticking in hot temps. I don’t really see the difference in the climacool vs. the regular 3 stripe down the side shorts, maybe lighter as far as material weight but same old polyester, although they do dry quickly if your sweating the sticking problem is not only uncomfortable but can be embarrassing at times. It’s hard to find stylish women’s shorts that are mid length, and comfortable during workouts, cycling, hiking or ?? whatever your thing is. Most women’s shorts are very short, and flowery or so femme seems like there made to appeal more to men than our workouts! I have tried some hiking shorts that work pretty well, no sticking but they are so short, I don’t want to reveal that much during my workouts. I do like these the best so far, but the hunt will continue as women like men enjoy the same activities: running, cycling, hiking, climbing, etc, now we want the same large selection of sporty gear too!!! And how about some pockets??!! Why do companies not give women pockets? Where are we to put are things? I want women’s shorts, with pockets and mid length and different sporty styles, I don’t need to wear flowers or glitter or plaids or shorts so short I should be at a strip club, to look or feel like a woman.

When I deemed that my running shorts may be too short for the deployed environment, I went to these. (Doesn’t deliver to APO where I am, so they were sent home and then to me). They are working beautifully for running. There’s enough of a waist to "roll". The length is perfect–mid-thigh/about 3.5-4 inches above the knee, so it shows enough quad to avoid feeling frumpy, doughy or mannish and is a suitable sub for a running short.

Size-wise: I’m generally a "medium" girl–I know there’s always some flexibility with soccer shorts. I find that both small ane medium work for me while providing comfort in the waist and ‘conservative’ enough length without going too long.. Very comfy material.

The Green isn’t as teal-y as indicated, but I loved ’em enough to order more colors: Maroon and Cobalt.

I LOVE THESE SHORTS. They are the perfect length (not to my knees, but not too short either) and are very light and comfortable. The waist band also isn’t too tight, which I’ve found with some other Adidas shorts. I’m 5’6” and 135, and I ordered a medium with no troubles.

These shorts are a great length for me (they come down to just above my knees; however I am very short and on a taller person they might be closer to mid-thigh length) and I love the color! They are also very lightweight. At least in the "fresh splash, white" color, there is no problem with them being see-through.

Purchased these shorts for my high school age daughter who was working at a camp this summer. She has a little fuller figure and these looked great on her. They didn’t ride up at all and she was able to move around and climb. The length was just perfect while still giving her the stylish look. Loved the elastic waist in addition to a draw string to tighten them up. Just throw them in the washing machine and dryer and they come out looking brand new. No shrinkage at all. Only wished they had pockets.

The shorts do not breath like I thought and sometimes stick to my legs.
Granted I do live in the Texas heat.

Nice shorts however they are about 12 inches long.

I really love the length of these shorts. I play rugby and need a longer short, these will be perfect. Comfy and I can move in them.

These shorts are very comfortable, I should have gotten a small though. I am between sizes so its difficult for me sometimes to get the size exact. Fit comfortable around the waist but a little baggy in he leg area, but overall I am happy with them.

Amazingly comfortable for my first race ever – a half-marathon. With no previous experience with this distance or even any previous race I was concerned about comfort/fit chafing, riding up, etc. Not to worry. I didn’t even notice I was wearing these shorts while running. Great color too.
