Overall, I like these and will not be returning them but I had to make an alteration in order to wear them! Mine came with a defective disc on the left hand thumb. It had a big, hard lump on it that was basically stabbing my thumb! Since I’m right handed and won’t ever really use my thumb on my phone with these gloves on, I just turned them inside out and cut out the disc. The discs work for unlocking the phone and navigating but I find it hard to text anyway and likely won’t NEED to with gloves on so I’m just going to deal without that disc. Besides that issue, these are soft and fairly warm. Not amazingly warm but they’ll work most winter days. It was -10 today and my fingers were a bit cold but mostly they worked fine. If not for the clearly cheap manufcaturing of the discs, I would like these so much more.
I love these gloves. I was a bit skeptical of the tech disk when I first bought them, but I’ve quickly changed my mind. Yeah, the idea of the disk is weird, but it actually does work. Moving your finger around a tiny bit to accommodate the disk is a small price to pay for a WARM glove that does it’s job and has the added perk of working with the touch screen.
I am unsure whether I will keep these. I love the gloves as these are a replacement for a missing glove I already owned. However, this pair has actual metal on the finger pads. My previous gloves did not have that. They just had a different texture on the finger pads. I am worried about the metal scratching my phone.
I needed new gloves and, being tethered to my phone, these caught my eye. They are warm AND the little fingertip thingies do allow me to use the touchscreen on my phone. Each glove has a clip so the pair can be tethered; it is somewhat difficult to get them apart. I’ll probably just keep a glove in each pocket and call it good.
These gloves are great and fun, the only reason I gave them a 4 is the metal touch screen things do not work. So if you are looking for gloves you can wear while playing with your smart phone, these are not it. Otherwise, they were a good buy.
I gave these to my sister, and she said they’re very warm and she loves how they look and feel. Without a smart phone, she doesn’t use the first-finger touch button, but she said she thought it was neat in case she gets a smart phone finally!
These gloves are okay. I only wear them when the temps are above 20 degrees Fahrenheit. They would not be warm enough for me otherwise. Also, the threads covering the right index finger came off in less than two weeks.
I bought these gloves for my wife for x-mas. She really loves them. Warm and comfortable. The finger pads allow her to use the touchscreen without taking her gloves off.
They fit my hands (long skinny fingers) but are snug enough to be tactile instead of baggy. They even have a clip on them so you can attach them to each other for storage.
Very soft, warm gloves. Not crazy about the silver tech button, but other than that, I would buy again!
